Arnicare is a brand of Arnica gel. We recommend this gel for any postoperative bruising or swelling. 少量, the size of a pea or amount of toothpaste, should be placed on the finger and rubbed smoothly and gently in an even fashion into any area that is bruised or swollen. It is important to avoid placing the Arnicare directly on the incision itself, but instead on any of the surrounding areas.
